Strong rookie boy group iKON will drop its first full-length album on Christmas Eve, according to YG Entertainment on Saturday, Dec. 12.
The agency uploaded a red-colored poster via its official blog, captioned, “Welcome Back iKON Debut Full Album/ 2015. 12.24 Online & Offline/ Album release with 2 M/Vs.”
“The LP’s release was postponed from Dec. 14, as B.I’s self-composed and self-written track was added to the album. Changing to double lead tracks from a single, we had to shoot additional music video as well,” said the agency.
It added, “As the album is set to drop on Christmas Eve, it is expected to be more meaningful for fans.”
Meanwhile, iKON’s Jinhwan and B.I are scheduled to appear on JTBC’s new variety show “Mari and I,” which is slated to hit the airwaves on Wednesday.
