Former H.O.T. members Kangta and Moon Hee-jun will perform together for the first time in 15 years since the boy band’s concert in 2001.

Kangta will make a special guest appearance at the concert marking the 20th anniversary of Moon’s debut. The concert will be held in Seoul on Jan. 23-24 and Jan. 31-31, organizers said on Monday. The two have not performed on the same stage together since the group’s last concert in 2001. The group shot to stardom upon debut under SM Entertainment in 1996 and disbanded five years later.

In Moon’s 2013 concert, Tony Ahn, another member of the quintet, appeared onstage and performed a duet for H.O.T. fans.

The developments have once again led to speculation that the five members will reunite and hold a concert this year to mark their 20th debut anniversary.

While numerous news outlets are reporting rumors about when and how the possible reunion will take place, Moon played down the speculations that Kangta’s guest appearance is a signal to the group’s reunion.
