Fourth ‘Real Men’ female special’s hails new conscripts

Korean entertainment show “Real Men” has confirmed Nana of girl group After School, Cao Lu of girl group Fiestar, actresses Kong Hyun-joo and Lee Chae-young as participants, according to the show’s TV network MBC Thursday, Feb. 4.

In the middle of February we will start filming the new season,” a source from MBC was quoted as saying. “We are also seeking additional reruitment.

The variety show is designed to give viewers the vicarious experience of serving as a military soldier to a near-professional level. The cast are stationed at a military base in Korea.

Cast will reportedly undergo basic training in a medic training camp in Daejeon, Korea affiliated with the Armed Forces Medical Command.

The upcoming female special is its fourth installment. Prior to the season that is set to air on March, many female TV celebrities were cast. This includes actress Ra Mi-ran and Hyeri of Girls’ Day (first season), Amber of f(x) (second season) and Korean rapper Jessi (third season)
